Questo sito non usa cookie, non ti traccia e non ti profila. Trattiamo solo i dati che servono a spedirti il tag, a emettere i documenti fiscali e a risponderti quando ci scrivi. Qui trovi tutto quello che il Regolamento europeo sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) ci chiede di dirti.

3. Pagamenti

Il pagamento avviene su pagine gestite da Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Stripe raccoglie i dati della carta e li tratta come titolare autonomo per eseguire il pagamento e prevenire le frodi, secondo la sua informativa privacy. Noi riceviamo da Stripe solo l'esito del pagamento e i dati necessari a spedire l'ordine. Non vediamo mai il numero completo della tua carta.

4. Chi vede i tuoi dati

Stripe, per il pagamento.
Il servizio postale o il corriere che consegna il pacco: riceve nome, indirizzo e, se serve, telefono ed email per gli avvisi.
Cloudflare, che ospita il sito e ne registra i log tecnici.
Il fornitore del servizio di posta elettronica che gestisce la casella hello@bloquit.com.
Il nostro consulente contabile, per gli adempimenti fiscali.

Questi fornitori trattano i dati per nostro conto e secondo le nostre istruzioni, oppure come titolari autonomi dove la legge lo prevede (Stripe, corriere). Non cediamo i dati ad altri, salvo obbligo di legge.

5. Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea

Stripe e Cloudflare possono trattare alcuni dati negli Stati Uniti. Lo fanno sulla base delle clausole contrattuali standard approvate dalla Commissione Europea e, dove applicabile, della decisione di adeguatezza per il Data Privacy Framework. Per le spedizioni nel Regno Unito i dati del destinatario vengono trasmessi al corriere in quel paese, riconosciuto adeguato dalla Commissione Europea.

6. Cookie e tracciamento

Il sito non installa cookie, né nostri né di terzi, e non usa strumenti di analisi che identificano i visitatori. Il selettore della lingua salva la tua scelta solo nella memoria locale del tuo browser: non viene inviata a nessuno. I caratteri tipografici sono caricati da Google Fonts: al caricamento, Google riceve l'indirizzo IP del tuo dispositivo.

7. L'app Bloquit

L'app Bloquit per iPhone e Android è regolata da un'informativa separata, disponibile nella scheda dell'app su App Store e Google Play.

8. I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in formato leggibile da una macchina o opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse. Basta un'email a hello@bloquit.com: rispondiamo entro un mese. Se pensi che stiamo trattando i tuoi dati in modo scorretto, puoi anche presentare reclamo all'autorità francese per la protezione dei dati, la CNIL (cnil.fr), oppure, se vivi in Italia, al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minori

Il sito e la vendita sono rivolti a persone maggiorenni. Se un minore ci ha inviato dati personali, scrivici e li cancelliamo.

10. Modifiche

Se cambiamo qualcosa di sostanziale, aggiorniamo questa pagina e la data in alto.

This site uses no cookies, does not track you and does not profile you. We only process the data needed to ship your tag, issue tax documents and reply when you write to us. Here is everything the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to tell you.

We do not ask for data we do not need and we neither buy nor sell data. We do not run personalised advertising.

3. Payments

Payment takes place on pages operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Stripe collects your card details and processes them as an independent controller to execute the payment and prevent fraud, in line with its privacy policy. From Stripe we only receive the payment outcome and the data needed to ship the order. We never see your full card number.

4. Who sees your data

Stripe, for payment.
The postal service or courier that delivers the parcel: it receives your name, address and, where needed, phone number and email for notifications.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site and keeps its technical logs.
The email provider that runs the hello@bloquit.com mailbox.
Our accountant, for tax compliance.

These providers process data on our behalf and under our instructions, or as independent controllers where the law provides for it (Stripe, courier). We do not pass data to anyone else, unless required by law.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Stripe and Cloudflare may process some data in the United States. They do so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the adequacy decision for the Data Privacy Framework. For shipments to the United Kingdom, recipient data is passed to the courier in that country, which the European Commission recognises as adequate.

6. Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies, ours or third parties', and uses no analytics tools that identify visitors. The language switch saves your choice only in your browser's local storage: it is sent to nobody. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: when they load, Google receives your device's IP address.

7. The Bloquit app

The Bloquit app for iPhone and Android is governed by a separate privacy notice, available on the app's page on the App Store and Google Play.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just email hello@bloquit.com: we reply within a month. If you believe we are handling your data improperly, you may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of the country where you live, such as the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy (garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minors

The site and the sale are meant for adults. If a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

If we change anything substantial, we update this page and the date at the top.
